I made the mistake of falling for their high pressure sales and signing their contract. Things have changed, I am unemployed and was diagnosed with RA. The only way they will cancel my contract is with a note from my doctor. The last massage I had there was extremely painful with the therapist pulling at my shoulder he knew was in bad shape. When I call to talk to the manager, Nicole, she just yelled at me over the phone. Certainly not good customer service.
The only good therapist is Bryna but she barely has any availability (probably because all the other members know this good so she is always booked). I do not recommend this Flemington location as not all the therapist I tired met my expectations so membership is not favorable.
I went here before getting married. They were fantastic! They were flexible with the timing and has great therapists who are very respectful.
Buyer beware.
I go once a week. It's great!
