Everything you did for us was exceptional...the tapestry, the family tree leaf pins, the laminated funeral cards, your fair prices, and I'm sure I could keep going! Oh and Tammy our "therapy dog!" You are awesome! You are also very accommodating and flexible. As some families may experience differences of opinions during these difficult times, you had a delicate way to mediate and redirect the conversation to remind us to be caring and respectful toward each other. It was the most relaxed and pleasant-as-could-be experience for something that not so pleasant. I highly recommend your services to anyone who is in need.
Everyone who has dealt with death knows how intensely trying and difficult this process is to go through. Walking through the doors of a funeral home is the first step of many crazy emotional days following losing someone. DJ made the entire process way more bearable then i ever could have imagined. He mentors, councils, cares, and treats you like family. Also how he connects people that may not have known eachother before through the grief we all share is something i am truly thankful for. He helps you feel like you’re not alone in the overwhelming sadness you felt in the beginning. Thank you a million times DJ and his staff, it feels strange almost to recommend a funeral home but i would never choose another and hope that they can help anyone else with the process.
