Cardio and strength training - great classes & great staff.
If you want to get your butt in shape. Orangetheory is the place. 1 hour goes by fast. These workouts are no joke. Instructors are great. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a great one hour workout to give it a try.
The intensity, cleanliness and professionalism with a touch of light humor is great. Service at the front desk is fantastic too.
Great discipline and the workouts vary each time, b so you stay fresh! I love the total body workout!
The classes and coaches are a lot of fun. It’s motovating and makes you push yourself. All the staff there is incredibly nice and all know you by your name, makes it very friendly/comfortable being there.
