Asked for help lifting something heavy and two employees helped without complaint.
Normally the staff at this Lowe's is pretty good and often asks if I need help and is able to answer questions. Today, however, I really needed help with custom countertops for a bathroom. No one was around to help or even to call someone from that department. Two associates were doing something on their computers (and not helping any customers ).Finally, I asked an associate in the kitchen department if she could help me with granite for bathroom countertops and she said no, that's another department. No offer to call someone or take me to someone who could help me. I expected to be spending about 2k today as I also needed a microwave, 2 sinks, faucets, etc. I left in disgust without buying anything.
Teller, older woman very nice. I wouldn't have been there but Walmart didn't carry what I needed. So was basically in and out quick
Anne(ann) and her colleague went above 5 star rating by looking for a fireplace grate..for at least 45 minutes.. did not give up even though we had to leave.. took our phone number.. great teamwork Lowe's.. you definitely have my business.. more effort than other box stores that we had stopped by !
I have nothing negative to say here. Clean store, well stocked, always help around and I never experienced long check out lines.
