I purchased a new dishwasher here in mid July and my experience was so positive. The salesman Austin made me confident in my decision making process. I felt as though he was being completely honest with me in selecting the right product and helping me find my best fit and he answered all of my questions. The delivery, installation and removal process was prompt. Russ and Dave were on time to deliver my dishwasher, cleaned up after and taught me how to use it.
Ask for Russ & Dave from Rogers Appliances! They installed 4 appliances for us over 2 visits. They were extremely professional and quick with their work. They wrestled my big, old fridge through some very tight quarters and didn't touch one thing with it. Even better, they cleaned up after themselves and left my home the way they found it. And, I got little tutorials on each of the new appliances. Nice guys. Great work!
Amazing experience. I went in and dealt with Dave who was very knowledgeable about all the appliances. I choose to go the more budget friendly route and since they are not commissioned employees, there was no hassle when I asked him to match a price. When it came time for delivery, Russ and Dave came to do they install. They were a very fluid team and worked extremely efficiently. They were in and out of my house in around two hours with all four new appliances installed, tested and working properly. To Dave, Russ and Dave, KUDOS to you three for making my experience a pleasant one!
Rogers appliances is about as good as a shopping experience can get. Buying major appliances can be scary. There are so many choices and options. The staff at Rogers is super knowledgeable and can steer you in the right direction at any price point. Fast delivery and great delivery guys too.
