Had two pieces of jewelry repaired years ago. One was a new box for engagement ring. Weeks after repair diamond fell out of box as I was washing hands. Would not recommend for repairs.
Went to this store once last year inquiring about an engagement ring. The owner I'm assuming wasn't so friendly. Decided to give it another chance and went in there today to replace a watch battery. Yet again he wasn't so friendly and wanted to charge me $25 to replace a watch battery because it was Michael Kors then said he never heard of the second brand which was Kate Spade. Went to another jewelery store they replaced both for under $20.
