Now Frank's Pizza. Great Eggplant Parm Sub and Garlic Knots!
When I first started using this place they were great. They have become sloppy, forget half the order or get it wrong, and the drivers try to scam you if you pay cash by saying they carry no change to get a larger tip, even when ordering I clearly stated to make sure you send your driver with change. Well tonight they pushed it over the top by the owner calling me to request a bigger tip. Um excuse me? That is completely and utterly rude and very bad for business. I am far from a cheap tipper. Tonight my tip to them is learn customer service!!*
Great pizza and atmosphere buffalo chicken is a bit pricey but it's well worth it!
Worst customer service ever!!! I won a giveaway from them and if they need proof il be happy to post it. It was never delivered I called up and asked why not. They screamed at me and told me they weren't going to deliver it and brought me to tears on how cruel he was!!!! I'm going to Gabby pizza Hector! Treats his customers more with respect then this guy! Absolutely horrible!! Never in my life was I talked to in this was this guy doesn't deserve to work with customers. He has bad social skills
Went here friday with my girlfriend... wont be going back. Guy at the counter was a royal pig.. too busy staring my girl down that i had to repeat my order three times. Then when we were about to leave they tried asking twenty questions about her. Guys with girls and Girls if you want respectful service look elsewhere.
