Moved in a year ago. My review read "Trudy was extremely helpful in setting up my units. Clean storage and great customer service!" Moved out today as I'm relocating to Colorado. Trudy again was extremely helpful in terminating my lease. My total experience was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!
We ordered our u-haul online so that we could pick it up off the lot early bc we wanted to get an early start on our moving day. After we made the reservation, the owner called and told us we had to wait until noon for pickup bc they are located next to a seedy hotel and don't leave the vehicles available for pick-up. Then when we showed up at noon there was a sign on the door saying that they would be back at 1pm. It's almost 1 and no sign of the owners/operators. Very inconsiderate.
I recently had to vacate my apartment on short notice and needed a storage space quickly on the same day I started moving out. Sherry was able to get me a space that fit my needs in about half an hour. She was very polite and explained all the details to my satisfaction. Very easy to set up!
