I have given this place multiple chances to redeem itself from the horrendous service to no avail. There is never a hostess to warn you of your extensive wait time. Once you finally are seated it’s another waiting game yet again. The only reason I gave this place any stars at all is because once you finally get your food it’s of decent quality.
Was fairly empty since we went at 4pm on a Monday. Beyond that it appears to be a new location, extremely clean, and spacious. Service was quick, and quality of the food high for IHOP chains. Service was fast, efficient, and friendly. Definitely would recommend for a quick breakfast.
Some IHOPs are a little better than others and this is one of the better ones. Good friendly service.
I love IHOP, but this location is just really bad. The restaurant wasn't clean. They were short staffed on a Sunday. Service was horrible. Waiter took too long to get the order, then we got the food 50 min later, food was cold and finally he spilled soda over me
Came here for breakfast one day and got the chicken and waffles. It was decent at best. The service was very mediocre. The only times the server came to my table was to take my order and bring my food. I asked for more hot sauce and he never brought it.
