This poll place gives reasonable advice and doesn't load you up with hundred of dollars of chemicals. After trying several others in the area, they have become my favorite. I am so glad I discovered them!
I have used Gotta Have It for simple problems and BIG problems, like repairing an underwater light. They are very good. They LOVE helping people take care of their pools and they know a lot. Anthony is the main man. Super knowledgeable. Pete and Brian know their stuff as well. They CARE about their customers.
The person I spoke to Anthony was decent at first but when I wouldn't give him my credit card prior to any estimates he was rude and hung up. Great customer service!
They've been servicing our pool for years and always do a good job.
Their site says they're open every week day from 8AM to 6PM.. I drove for miles just to get to this place, arrived there well within business hours, on a Wednesday, but for some reason they were closed. What kind of business are they running here?!
