Great experience awesome customer service I like when they explain in detail there Brooks brothers credit card savings. I been a fan of Brooks brothers all my life but this is the first Brooks brothers that there customer service was great!
Never experienced customer service like this. My husband purchased a few things and the woman who checked us out handed 'all' the items to us over the counter except for one jacket. He realized this Sunday afternoon and I called the store to explain this and the woman on the phone was very helpful and requested to call me back after they found it. He was scheduled to be traveling that evening and I said I would come pick it up but she insisted a salesperson come deliver it to us and 45 minutes later, he has his jacket delivered and ready for his trip. Very impressed.
Good place to get some deals. Inventory is usually pretty good.
