I always look forward to going back again regularly and I wouldn't change this doctor if you paid me. It's helpful to remember that doctors don't have all the answers. Dr. Viradia want to help you and it's all a process of elimination until he finds out what the problem is and how to treat it. I truly enjoy my doctor-patient relationship and I believe you will too.
During the appeal of disability, I requested the records of my most recent visit and found that Dr. Viradia had neglected to list any of the issues I discussed with him. In fact, there were symptoms I was experiencing that were marked that I was not.
When Dr. Viradia walks in you are greeted warmly by him. He remembers your face and treats you as a human being. Dr. Viradia is friendly and professional while doing so. He truly cares, listens to everything you say, explains and breaks down information for you to understand completely. He looks you in the eye if he is not looking at the screen and the gears in his brain are always working. He will try all means available in order to find a proper diagnosis and/or medication to treat and alleviate symptoms. You are working together as a team and you can sense it.
Later, I was informed by my disability company that Dr. Viradia had declared I was ready to work WITHOUT EVER MENTIONING IT TO ME. In fact, I had finally pestered him enough to cause him to write a script for new therapy when I found out.
Bottom line, he's great if you need a prescription but be sure to stay on top of what he's entering into your records to make sure they are correct.
Because I have trouble organizing my thoughts, I wrote Dr. Viradia a letter that I requested be placed in my file after he read it. He never responded. When I asked the assistant to confirm he'd received it, she explained that they had changed computer systems and past records were not able to be accessed.

Not impressed... snobby and belittling. Attitude toward Alternative Healthcare very negative, yet quick to write scrips.
I saw Dr. Viradia for approximately 1 1/2 years for a head injury which made me unable to work. During the first visit he appeared to listen carefully and I felt like I found a neurologist who understood the difficulties I was facing. After the first visit, it seemed that he would come in the room, write my scripts and leave. When I questioned when I would be better, he stated, "It just takes time" (which is true).
Dr. Viradia never rushes you out, communicates with you on the same level and I feel positive that I have been able to come across with all my concerns when I leave his office. You know that's always a good sign.

Fantastic Neurologist! I have been treated by Dr. Viradia since 2014 after relocating from the New York City area. I have consistently found Dr. Viradia to be friendly, approachable, professional, knowledgeable, resourceful and empathetic in regards to my painful conditions.

I have been a patient of dr. viradia for years period he is always taken good care of me. However in the last few years since moving to the big lavish building on Wescott Drive, it has become increasingly difficult to see the doctor when you want or be seen in a timely fashion as they appear to be overbooking to pay for all of this. I accept that I can make my appointment and wait 30 minutes or so, but I do believe that you should be taken in the order of your appointment and before the people who arrived after you for the same dr. This visit was the worst ever and I will be changing practices. When I called several months ago I had to book out 2 months in advance. This week they called me to change my appointment time for their convenience. Even though it was more inconvenient to me, I agreed to come earlier. Then I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes and watched two people seeing the same doctor go in to see him before me. When I questioned the patient care tech after 50 minutes why this was happening, she spoke to me very condescendingly and did not come back. After an hour of waiting with other patients who arrived after me going in before me I have gone to the desk and demanded a refund of my copay. I will be not returning to Dr viradia's practice due to the problems in the waiting room that have become increasingly difficult over the years. Today was absolutely infuriating! Their time is not more valuable than my time. Goodbye Central Jersey Orthopedics. You may come to regret this as I am a nurse in the community and people frequentlt request my recommendations as to where to go for orthopedists and neurologists. I will never ever ever again recommend this practice.
