I am very happy with the service I have experienced at Black Lab Studio. I have had pictures printed in a timely manner, have taken part in photography classes, and have found the owner to be very professional and knowledgeable.
Used them for a wedding. It has been over a year and still no album. Not sure what is taking So long. The definitely cost enough to where they should have been done with it for a while. I would recommend going somewhere else. I called and left a message over 4 weeks still no response. It's a shame because we only used them due to being a family members friend... hire more people and return your customers phone calls.
