This is the second time that I was sent an expensive arrangement which included lots of chocolate dipped pieces. Was called and told delivery would be between 11-4, by the time it was delivered at 610pm the pineapples were looking wilted. This is the second time Mylar balloons were purchased and not delivered. They are accepting payment but not satisfying the order. Very disappointed, I will tell the family member who sends this to us, not to use them in the future.

This place sucks. People have ordered from them 2x for me now, and both times have been a disaster. The first time someone ordered they called me a day prior asking when to deliver them, and I told them noon. They than didn't show up the entire day (my day off). The next day they came while I was at work and dropped off the arrangment which was filled with fruit that wasn't even ready to eat. It was full of lots of greenish/yellowish colored strawberries where they had obvioulsy hidden them in the middle and put the few good looking ones on the outside. I had to throw all of the strawberries away.
Worst Business Ever! The people working this store are rude. I placed an order on Feb 2nd and it was supposed to be delivered on Feb 14th. It was not. Called today feb 15th to ask for a refund and they told me NO! Said They would call the police on me for harassment if I called back and asked again! Do not use these people for your orders. You will not get it, Then you will have to contact police to get your money back.
The second time someone ordred from them for me they showed up 3 hours later than I had requested. They also let the flower arrangment outside my door on the ground. I don't know about you but leaving something with chocolate on it in the summer heat sounds like a bad idea doesn't it? Not only could the chocolate melt everywhere, but ants and other bugs are bound to be all over it. Please everyone safe yourself the money and just go buy the person real flowers for 1/2 the price.
