Chris Ondrak who is the owner of Gilded Lily was so wonderful to work with for my wedding. He spent so much time with me going over how I wanted everything to look on my wedding day, and anytime I asked his opinion on other things he was more than happy to give me some advice. Not only did he supply flowers and centerpieces for the hall, cocktail tables and sweetheart table, he also helped decorate our pipe and drape which we got married under. He went over every little detail with me, and he was always available to me when I needed his help. Chris thank you so much for everything, you are the best!
Always beautiful arrangements and they've accommodated with next day delivery. I have cats and they work with me to avoid any plants toxic or ones that are an attractive nuisance to them like whispy ferns that flow like feathers (lol).
Worst most embarrassing experience I have ever had. I ordered flower's for my father in law's memorial service to be delivered. When we arrived for the service none of the flowers from his mother and children were delivered. We were mortified. Thankfully there were plenty of flowers delivered from other florist that were bought by others. Not only did they not deliver they did not refund me the money they stated they would. I had to call again and insist they refund. They stated they never charged me when in fact they did! I choose them to give back to a local business but it turned out to be my worst decision. I will never use them nor recommend them again.
The gilded lily and Chris provided flowers for my wedding during hurricane irene, outside. They were awesome!!! The flowers lasted weeks. This is the ONLY flowershop I use. Thank you guys so much!
