I have used ProCare several times over the years, for back issues, headaches, rehab after back surgery. I am always amazed at the skill of everyone there. They are truly caring and VERY good at what they do. Special shout outs for Eric and Steve, both who have done wonders for me over the years. I'm actually a bit sad that my time with them is done this week. I look forward to going each time, knowing that I am getting superb care, and getting instruction for things I can do myself when I'm at home. I would most definitely recommend ProCare to my friends, and anyone else who asks me! They are my go-to PT place, and, should the need arise again, I know where I'm going! I also appreciate the professionalism of the office staff too - they are always in such great spirits, and so helpful! Thank you all!
My first visit to ProCare was about 5 years ago. I was suffering with herniated, bulging discs in my lower back. After going to a chiropractor, an orthopedic doctor (who wanted to operate) and a round of rehab, with no results, Steve Parente was recommended to me from a friend. Steve saved me from back surgery. I was so impressed with his professionalism, let alone results, I have sent most of my family and a lot of friends to Steve. No one has been disappointed.
I've been going to ProCare for the past 2.5 months for a knee dislocation/ligament tear/tracking issue. The staff is super friendly and I've never had any issues scheduling/rescheduling an appointment. I primarily work with Alissa who is incredibly knowledgable! From day one she was very understanding of all my concerns and really made it a point to thoroughly explain the specifics of my injury. I've occasionally worked with Kim who is super nice and has helped me make the proper adjustments to my strengthening routines! Jared is also really helpful during each of my sessions. I've seen so much progress over the past few months! If you need physical therapy, this is definitely the place to go...overall awesome place!
The care that is given at ProCare is nothing short of amazing. The staff is very professional yet personable at the same time. I can't say enough about these people. I would recommend ProCare to anyone and everyone. You won't be disappointed.
Steve knew exactly what was going on with my inner ear. He explained to me that, most likely, the crystals in my inner ear were "stuck". He then proceeded to do a procedure to clear the inner ear. It totally worked!!
I hurt my Neck/Back terribly. I thought I must have done some permanent damage and would need surgery to fix it. A couple months of Alissa's care and I'm PERFECT. didn't think it possible but ProCare fixed it all. THANKS!
Steve takes every patients' case personally. He wants you to get well and go on with your life.
Great place to rehab staff is very knowledgeable
I recently started seeing Steve again, because I had a little set back. While he was treating me, he noticed that I would get very dizzy when I would lie down on the treatment table and again when I sat up. I told him that I had talked to my doctor about it and that he wanted me to go to a balance center.
