I told her as I was leaving the store that I will call customer service corporate to let them know of her lack of courtesy, she seemed to not care much, and I did call.
I thought the staff here was quite pleasant and helpful. I'm not sure about the other reviews but having worked in custoner service way back when, sometimes the problem is the customer, not the workers. Im not presuming the circumstance, just saying the experiences here as well as anywhere else can vary.

Worst store experience ever to me! After making my purchase in the store, I had my to go packaging of my baby wipes (empty small packaging) that I needed to throw away since my diaper bag is already so filled up, I asked the store associate Liz if I could use the garbage bin they had at the counter and she simply said no, I replied to her by saying it was just a piece of packaging (plastic wrap) and she answered " No, I don't want any paper in there"!??! Really no customer service manner, so I kept my wipes packaging no big deal, but very disappointed at her NO courtesy toward customer.
