Sneakers Plus is an incredible establishment. The customer service was superb in all areas, from my visit to the actual retail store for sneakers to my small order via their online store capabilities placed directly with one of their representatives. They walked me through everything seamlessly.
I'm a sneaker head so I'm already skeptical about going to new sneaker shops. Thankfully I was not disappointed. The staff was very friendly & efficient in helping me find some dope kicks. I'd def go back here. Keep up the good work!

Sneaker plus has great customer service. I remember of a time where I had a family member call me because they needed shoes for one of their players NBA workout. I explained the situation to one of the owners of Sneakers plus (after their closing hours I might add) , and they were kind enough to open back up so that I had a little extra time to purchase the shoes to deliver them to a player who's now in the NBA. Even though I'm sure it was an inconvenience for sneakers plus to open back up, they still gave me a immaculate customer service by getting me to the perfect pair of shoes, and they were so kind enough to give me directions to the town I was heading in (seeing as how I wasn't from the trip state area) . Great company with great people !!!!!
I have been dealing with Sneakers Plus and the Family owners for years now. They always have exactly what I am looking for and if not, they get it in for me very quickly. They are very involved in the community, which speaks volumes in Flemington. The entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you want to stop going to the mall to over pay for shoes that you can get right in town then go to sneakers plus.
