I normally take our vehicles to CarStar of Doylestown but they could not take my son's truck immediately so I decided to try the Flemingron location. They exceeded my expectations. The truck was done a day early. The staff was great with keeping us informed on the progress of the work. The truck only has 2000 miles on it so I was worried it would not look brand new. The truck looks cleaner then the day we bought it from the dealer. Jerry and Tracy thank you for the 5 star service.
The quality of work that they do is fantastic! The door ding (more like a door dent) was smoothed out, and they also color matched/blended with the cars' factory paint job, and now it looks flawless! This Carstar location has professionals in their body shop; they really know what they're doing.
I bought a certified used car from Fred Beans Toyota right next door, and the previous owner did a mediocre DIY job on a door ding that looked terrible.
The manager from the Toyota dealership introduced me to Jeremy at Carstar, and from there the problem was taken care of.

Great people great experience highly recommended.
During my earlier visit, I had requested for a quote to remove the dings on the front bonnet caused by icicle falling. I was to receive it the next day. I called twice and also sent a reminder mail. It's 3 months now and I haven't heard from you guys yet. Not a good experience.
