My wife took her car here for an oil change. They were told not to do anything but the oil change. They removed the wheels for some reason. They then told her she needed a tire rotation even tho the tires were installed less then a month ago. So after reinstalling the wheels they installed the hubcaps wrong and now 2 have fallen off. The only reason she went there for the oil change was she had a Goodyear rebate. So her free oil change is now costing us $100 for replacement Cadillac hub caps.

I called to get an appointment for oil change. The person answering my call repeatedly suggested that I take the 8:00 am appointment next morning because he said that is their least busy time slot, so I agreed. Next morning when I drove 25 min to get there at 7:57, I was told by someone with a stone face that my appointment is at 9:00 am and I have to wait despite that there was only one car in the garage and the other two bays are empty. I would not recommend the place to anyone.

Got a price on 4 tires. They wanted to charge to reprogram TPMS (tire pressure monitor system ) Which isn"t necessary, just money maker for them. I bought lots of tires from other honest places that don"t pull this. So if they try this go to an honest place to buy tires.
