I am rating this 5 star because of the person at front desk who was extremely courteous and gave me multiple options for oil change and honored my choice, also gave recommendations as to what can be improved/changed never pushing to get anything done. The service was quick, extremely happy with the service here and am sure to recommend as I like the Midas brand but my experience has been vastly better than the Bridgewater one. Will surely recommend my colleagues to come here
DO NOT GO HERE. This is not the Midas it was years ago. Staff has turned over several times. I have been going here for 13 years and never an issue. This last time I dropped it like I always have, was never followed up with any developments of what they were doing, and was called and told my car was ready for pickup and then I’ll was $1300! After arguing with the new manager there Nick, he lowered it to $1008, feeling trapped I paid it to get my car home and have been disputing it ever since. No one at that Midas will take responsibility, their regional manager called me a liar and said that I entered my debit card pin so he won’t be refunding anything. I asked them for a copy of their phone records to show they called me for authorization of the work done, now I am not getting calls back from anyone. I’ve disputed it with my Credit card company and if I have to I will go to small claims court. Buyer beware.
Louis, is a Rockstar. This office works hard and gets the job done. I feel safe and secure knowing that these men worked on my car. I found them honest, caring and professional. I am 65 years old and single. It's important that I develop a relationship that's honest and fair. This is a store I can depend on. And Louis brought me in on a phone call. I spent $1100. Amazing! I used to use this shop for over 20 years and loved them. I stopped for a few years because I moved a little further away and it was no longer convenient. But after struggling with high repair bills and uncertain service I drove back here. They are still the best. They just saved me approximately $1000 on a repair by making the efforts to shop around for the best price for the parts. Their willingness to go out of their way has won me over. I will be making the time to bring my cars back here again. Their work is always solid and reliable. I never feel like they are taking advantage of me like I do at other places. Love this Midas!!
