Action Nissan of Flemington is amazing! I can't say enough about their new management and their new staff. They are honest and compassionate and they truly care about helping their customers. We had been to 5 different dealerships and we were dealing with a very difficult situation. Action Nissan were the only ones who listened to us and spent the day before Christmas working so hard and staying late to help us. Andrea, Brianna, Richard and Craig all played a role in building our trust and confidence in the car leasing process!! We are so happy to have found a new home with this Nissan :)
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I'm an old man and have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime, this is a horrible place to purchase a car. They told me the car was there, when I arrived they didn't have it and offered to lactate one. They gave me a price by email, when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, they seemed angry at the price and tried to charge me $3500 more. I showed the manager the email, Who then started to yell at someone in the side office. I have never experienced anything so unprofessional and embarrassing as I have in this dealership. The person who answered the phone and gave me the price, lied, the sales person had no clue what was happening, and the manager was angry at the price given to me by the person who answered the phone, and confirmed by email. Seriously? Action Nissan is a Dump! Don't waste your time with these people. They're a bunch of frauds. STAY AWAY!
