I came to the Fred Beans Service Dept. for a recall as well as a diagnostic assessment after a rattling noise started in my car and I got a fist diagnosis that I did not trust. I worked with Paul mostly and Mark (I think) when I first arrived and Paul was busy. Paul, both on the phone when making an appointment and in person, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Ultimately 2 of the places I got second opinions on gave me the same diagnosis but the dealer was ~20% more expensive (for a non-Toyota part..the Toyota part was almost 2x the price) so I chose to use a mechanic in Hampton. Since I did not choose to service my vehicle here I paid a $59.95 diagnostic fee which I think is still reasonable.
The Service Manager graciously comped me the cost for the repair, and invited me back for all my future services and repairs. I've never received such service from a dealership. Thank you so much. You've earned a loyal customer.
I was set on buying a Jeep Wrangler, my mom has a Nissan and said she loves it so I figured I'd give it a test drive. I ended up canceling my Jeep appointment and stuck with a black fully loaded Nissan Rouge for an amazing price and the exact amount I wanted to pay. I would recommend this company and brand to anyone!
Many thanks to the Service Manager. I purchased my Toyota from a different dealership 6 months prior, but came here for my oil change service. I mentioned there might be a slow leak in my rear passenger tire, but was advised I would have to pay for the repairs because it wasn't part of my warranty. I was dismayed at this, because I had noticed the issue since purchasing the vehicle.
I had a great experience with the staff at Toyota of Flemington. Such attention to detail and I felt respected and supported in finding the right car and financial solution that fit my budget. It was an all around positive experience.
Overall, however, it was a positive experience and I would come back. Everyone I met with was friendly including one of the women who assisted my with my rental for the day ($35 + tax) and was baking cookies for guests that day!
