The service I have received has been very, very consistent. In a world with many daily changes, it is nice to know that you can count on / depend on the level of professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, accuracy and customer service. ALL questions are heard and answered; no request seems too small. My family and I have been dealing with the 'Flemington Car and Truck Family' for over 15 years and I can not imagine going anywhere else !! We have recommended the Infiniti Dealership to a friend and will continue to do so whenever the occasion arises. Ed and Bob truly understand the concept of 'team work' and execute it exactingly. Was in the market for a Q50 RED. Checked out a Ramsey dealership near by, but did not like what they had to offer. After expanding my search radius, I stumbled upon Flemington INFINITI . Headed straight to the dealership without realizing it was almost a 2hr drive from my house. Met up with George and went for a test drive. The vehicle was all set and ready out front. George was very pleasant to deal with. There was no pressure to make a deal the same day. Picked up the vehicle a few days later. George even went out of his way to markup the manuals on some items I might want to review about the vehicle in my spare time. This was great buying experience.
My only regret is I can't use this dealership to service my vehicle. 2 hours driving just for an oil change might be a little over the top... oh well.
