Service dept. hard to reach on multiple occasions, very frustrating. Reason for 5 stars is the sales people are great - I highly recommend Nic P. I will definitely be buying my second KIA from him. He has gone out of his way to help me and has made my experience with Fred Beans a good one.
My experience was wonderful and outstanding. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. Joe, the sales manager, Patrick, general manager and Jimmy, the service manager went out of their way to find the perfect car for me. They went above and beyond what you would expect a car dealership would do. I have always dealt in the past with Ford but the attention and the personal touch that the folks at Kia gave me is amazing. I will never deal with another dealership again. I would highly recommend this dealership and the people at Kia if you are looking for a car with a personal touch added .

I purchased a new 2016 Kia Soul at this dealer in 2016. The check engine light came on last night at 20,500 miles. The manager tells me I have to pay a $39.95 diagnostic fee to find the problem for a car of theirs that is under warranty. Just letting you all know - no one told me when I was buying the car that I had to pay for a warranty problem. On my way home I stopped at 2 different Auto Zones - they both did the diagnostic for free. It takes about 5 seconds. Love the car but am questioning the level of concern for the customer for warranty service at this dealership. I am following up with communication to the top Fred Beans management and Kia North America management. I'll let you know how that goes. For now, be forewarned - everyone's smiling when they're taking your money but who's there when they have to provide what should be a free warranty
I've gone to this dealership many times (at least 5) to get routine maintenance on my Kia. They have always been fair, honest, fast, and caring. A woman named Becky used to work there, she was the best and will be missed. They have some good fill-ins, I still feel confident going there.
