I was extremely disappointed with my recent sales experience. They had the car I wanted, but were more interested in sales tactics and numbers on my trade in than actually providing customer service. After it was determined they wouldn't change the low ball offer I received at the dealership, I was pretty much dismissed from the dealership without a thank you, or any information. After that I followed up on email a few times, and it was the same dodgy tactics. They did increase the offer but still thousands under the average price of all of the car valuation tools combined. The car I was trading in was only 2 years old, under warranty and in excellent condition with low miles. It was one excuse after the other. I have gotten offers of $4k-$5k more, but didn't have the exact car I really wanted. My search continues for the right car and dealer who cares more about customer service than squeezing out pennies. My advice would be if you are not desperate to sell and have a nice trade, do your research and shop around!
This was the best new car experience my husband and I have had. Debbie Lotufo took great care of us. I saw what we wanted on line in inventory that was coming soon. I called Debbie and asked her for the best price the first time. I hate going back and forth haggling. She did exactly that. We were able to handle all of the preliminaries over the phone or via email. The car came in on time and we picked it up as scheduled. We bought an A4 from Debbie several years ago and decided to go back to her. The sales manager, Doug Mathewson made us feel at home when we came to pick up the car. We were treated like old friends. Jon Budd even went back to our old files so he knew what our preferences are and the financial part of the deal went smoothly. I highly recommend the dealership and especially Debbie Lotufo. She was very responsive and organized. Triple A rating! Go Debbie!
